• Informing the Tribunal Office that The AP Partnership Ltd will be your representative and that all paperwork should in future be sent direct to us.
• Reviewing the claim as detailed in the Claim to an Employment Tribunal, obtaining all the facts of the case from you and preparing a response to that claim.
• Submitting the Response Form on your behalf and where applicable requesting a pre-hearing review or a preliminary hearing.
