David Wickes

After graduating from Southampton University with an Honours Degree in Politics, David joined British Leyland at their Longbridge Plant where he held a variety of personnel posts before becoming a Senior Industrial Relations Officer.

Subsequently, David joined GKN as HR Manager responsible for two Midland based manufacturing units. In 1979, David joined an Employment Law Consultancy where he progressed to the level of Director. After some years in this position he established The AP Partnership.

David is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

Geoff Kipling

Geoff qualified as a Chartered Accountant before joining Price Waterhouse in Johannesburg where he worked for a number of years as Audit Manager on a broad range of industries. He then moved into industry working as Finance Director in financial services, engineering, distribution and biotechnology companies. From his time working in both Plc groups and SME's, Geoff has considerable experience in business and financial management, encompassing financial and general management, strategic planning, forecasting, planning and change management.

Geoff is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
